Jafri Merican Architect had been involved in projects for Boustead Holdings Berhad since 1998. Listed below are the projects; some were built, while others remained design proposals. Throughout the design and construction implementation, we worked closely with Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd project personnel had since established a good working relationship.
1. Construction and Completion of 16 units 2-Storey Shop Office, 48 units Shop House and 24 units low cost shop (Phase 4B) on Lot 70, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd.
2. Construction and Completion of 1 unit MBPJ Food Court on Lot 70, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd.
3. Construction and Completion of a Visitors’ Centre and Site Office on Lot 70, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd.
4. Construction and Completion of 10 units 2-Storey Shop Office, on lot 70, Mutiara Damansara, Mukim Sungai Buloh, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd.
5. Conceptual Planning Proposal for 27 units Office Building, 201 units Shop Office and 1 unit Shopping Complex at Mutiara Damansara, Mukim Sg. Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan for Boustead Holdings Berhad.
6. Concept Design Proposal for a Sports Complex & Related Facilities at Mutiara Damansara, Lot 70, Kem Kual, Mukim Sungai Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for Boustead Holdings Berhad.
7. Concept Design Proposal for a Visitors’ Centre, and Renovation and Refurbishment Works of existing premises at Kilang Wang Bank Negara Malaysia, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for Boustead Holdings Berhad.
