For the Commercial Building on Lot 2C2, Putrajaya, the original conceptual design was developed by Cox Architects (Design Architect) and submitted for approval to Perbadanan Putrajaya by Perunding Alam Bina Sdn Bhd (PAB) being the Local submitting Architect. The project was tendered as a design and build contract, and awarded to Putra Perdana Construction Sdn. Bhd. (PPCSB, subsidiary of Putra Perdana Berhad).
Jafri Merican Architect was appointed as the consultant architect, upon issuance of a letter of release by PAB, to develop the concept design for construction, submit and obtain the necessary approvals from relevant authorities, and provide professional architectural services throughout construction, to a stage enabling the CCC to be issued. The client, Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd retains the appointment of Cox and PAB and the consultant engineers as 'Checker Consultants', comprising part of the developer's Project Management Team.
The perspective renderings shown here were prepared by Cox/PAB as part of the tender documents, illustrating their design intentions as a guide, for design development and construction implementation to be carried out by Jafri Merican Architect and other PPCSB appointed consultants.
