This primary school project in Precinct 14 Putrajaya was developed to tender documents stage before it was put on KIV in 2004 due to budget cutbacks during the Abdullah Badawi administration. The design was based on concepts explored during the design of the Precinct 11 school complex, utilizing multiple courtyards, sunshading devices, wide overhanging roof eaves, exposed brick facades and a predominantly tropical architectural character. This project was commisioned to Jafri Merican Architect as the outcome of a competition participated by several architectural firms, organised by the client, Perbadanan Putrajaya sometime in mid 2003.
