This proposed development project was presented by Prima Muda Sdn. Bhd. (Tan Sri Ramli Kushairi, Executive Chairman) to Golden Hope Berhad in 2005 before their merger with Sime Darby Berhad. The scheme covers an area of approximately 500 acres and consists of a small township, a marina, public amenities and a golf course.
